AutoFish for Forge Mod 1.16.5/1.15.2/1.12.2 is a client-side mod. It allows you to AFK fish in version 1.16 and obtain the treasures at the same time.
Although this Miscellaneous mod is client-sided, it can still function on vanilla servers. The mod is made for Forge only. However, you can still explore a Fabric version if you want. The reason why the author made this mod is the AFK fish farms got nerfed by Mojang. They nerfed it by eliminating the chance of obtaining treasures in the old designs. Some new designs were released, however, they could be worse than the old ones. Hence, the author decided to release this mod. If you install it, you can easily AFK fish and achieve the treasures at the same time.
Here is how the mod functions:
- When you cast a fishing rod, a bobber will appear. The function of the mod is to keep track of the motion of that bobber.
- If you see the vertical motion of the bobber getting low, you can know that it is catching a fish. Then, you can draw it back to get that fish.
Here is how you can use the mod:
- First, you need to enter the control settings then form the keybind there.
- You can turn on or off the mod using that keybind.
- To create the recast delay, you utilize this command / setrecastdelay [delay].
- Then, you just simply launch the bobber into the water.
AutoFish depends on Forge. So, you must install Minecraft Forge beforehand.
